Players take part in this class that teaches them hitting fundamentals as well as advanced concepts of the game. Players learn through physical execution, class discussion and use of critical thinking skills. Players also learn keys to a quality mental approach to hitting. Other subjects include: Confidence, Plate Coverage, Cognitive & Vision Training, Variability of the Strike Zone, Contact Points, Timing of the Launch position, Contact Position, and Finish Position.
Players take part in this class that teaches fielding fundamentals as well as advanced concepts of the game. Players learn through physical execution, class discussion and use of critical thinking skills. Players also learn keys to a quality mental approach to fielding. Other subjects include proper footwork, understanding hitters tendencies and time and space management.
A minimum of 4 players take part in this 1hr workout focused specifically on one area of the game. Players learn not only the individualized movements, but complex movements involving other teammates. This workout is great for social development as players are asked to comment on each specific focus and learn not only through executing themselves, but understanding through visually seeing others complete the same tasks.
Private Workouts personalized for your team and run by Training KAMP. These customized workouts are designed specifically for the results you are looking for in the timeframe you need and helps both players and coaches grow together and improve overall performance. Workouts can be done at the Training KAMP Facility or another location. **Investment does not include facility rental if done at Training KAMP facility.
In the High School Spring Training/In Season Program, players are able to take at bats off of our PX2 Simulator, get live at bats off pitchers, study video in the classroom and have access to the field area to work on defense, pitching, speed and agility. This informal workout is geared towards staying sharp and getting additional guidance if needed from TK Staff.
